The NHS R&D Forum are delighted to announce the following speakers for RDF19, The 2019 Annual NHS R&D Forum. RDF19 will be held at the Hilton Metropole in Brighton from the 12th-14th May 2019. The Annual NHS R&D Forum is one of the largest gatherings of R&D Directors, Managers, Administrators and related functions in the UK. RDF18 saw over 600 people attend the 2 day conference with 60 speakers, over 60 posters and more than 20 exhibitors.

Organisation: Oxford Imaging Trials unit at Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.
Danielle previously acted as the Director of a pre-eminent NHS centre conducting clinical trials with individuals with dementia. Danielle has 15 years clinical research experience working with the National Institute of Health Research networks, Imperial College London, the National Health Service and global pharmaceutical companies. Specialist skills include the training, selection and use of neuropsychological assessments in clinical trials. Danielle is passionate about patient care and the progression of others; most recently developed and implemented a competency framework for clinical researchers. Danielle is vice chair of a Health Research Authority ethics committee leading a multidisciplinary group to apply knowledge of the mental capacity act to review research studies recruiting individuals who lack capacity and has acted as a consultant to commercial companies providing advice and guidance on clinical trial pipelines, cognitive assessments and grant applications
