Unleashing your leader: surviving & thriving across the system

Venue: Crowne Plaza Hotel

Sponsored by: ESMS Global

Session Leader: Jo Hicks with Zoe Sweet & Ross Storr (Academi Wales)

This session explores the principle that success in leadership requires agility in thinking and acting. It will discover the secret to unleashing your leader… do the things leaders do, speak the way leaders speak and behave the way leaders behave. Leadership can happen at all levels and across disciplines, whether you are in your first line management role, leading others for many years or just want to explore how to take others with you. This practical and interactive session will enable you to learn about the ‘non-negotiables of leadership’ and uncover the three elements that require significant attention to survive and thrive across the system.
